CEWELD® Powder PTA DUR 1 contains a high proportion of hard, wear-resistant primary carbides. As a result, the alloy is well suited for applications involving extreme flat-angle erosion and severe abrasion, although this comes at the cost of some loss of toughness.

CEWELD® Powder PTA DUR 1 is a hardfacing PTA Powder with excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance for applications such as pump liners, rotating seal rings, wear plates, screw conveyors, and bearing sleeves. It retains its hardness at temperatures above 760 °C (1400 °F).
Hardness: 50-58 HRc
